Beside the manufacturing of custody transfer metering systems ODS also develops, manufacturer, test and delivers injection systems. Injection systems are normally used for injecting gas or liquid additives into process lines. These injection systems can be found at offshore production platforms, pipeline applications, chemical plants, etc..
ODS delivers the injection systems as a complete integrated package mounted on a base frame and fully tested, certified and preserved before shipping.
The injection systems are normally based on API injection pumps and can be delivered with storage tanks, pulsation dampeners, flow meters, pressure and flow control valves, mixers and other related equipment necessary for a safe and accurate injection of gas and liquid in a production process.
As independent system integrator ODS has experience with integrating pumps from typical manufacturers as Lewa, Brann & Luebe, Prominent Verder and other main suppliers.
